Bioethanol 2G production from wood and agricultural waste

Dear friends,

This post is a short answer to many questions about Kessler Projects for the world Ltd's future products and plans. As we informed earlier, our company's strategy is entirely in line with the policy and the directives of the provisions of the Paris Protocol. It includes fulfilling all the requirements of this protocol, with a particular action in sustainable production and protection of our planet. Today in a short post, we want to answer your next question regarding the possibility of producing bioethanol 2G for fuels based on our carbon plantations.

Bioethanol 2G is the second essential product representing the future and will be a required component of finished motor types of gasoline. First-generation biofuels are made from plants, used initially mainly for food purposes. Thus, their production can be competitive with that of food. This fact raises a lot of controversies and provokes discussions. Second-generation fuels are fuels made of lignocellulosic materials, waste of vegetable and animal fats, biogas, biohydrogen, and synthetic fuels. Second-generation fuels include bioethanol produced from lignocellulosic biomass and agricultural waste. Unlike bioethanol from starch biomass, this fuel does not compete with the food industry for plant raw materials.

We would like to inform that Kessler Projects for the world Ltd has developed its strategy for producing bioethanol 2G based on waste obtained from our carbon plantations. The entire waste must be classified as waste forest biomass and waste agricultural biomass. That fact is fundamental because in the case of waste forest biomass, our product is very rich in lignocellulose, and agricultural waste biomass is rich in starch and other sugars. Undoubtedly, one of the most significant advantages will be the high-quality stability of these raw materials, which will positively impact the production process.

Currently, our company conducts analyzes of the selection of the best production technology for 2G ethanol. Typical Hydrolysis and Fermentation technologies and gasification technologies are analyzed, as well as combinations of both processes. All this to obtain the best economic effect and the best quality product.

We will keep you updated on our progress in this area.

Thank you all again for your interest and your support
